Sept 20th The Grace of Jesus

🔥 *Grace isn't just what saves you—it is what sustains you, strengthens you, and carries you through the battles you could never win on your own.* 📖 *Today’s Lesson: “The Grace of Jesus”* *Scripture: Romans 16:20 & Galatians 6:18* If the grace of Jesus is truly sufficient for every part of your life, why do we so often try to fight spiritual battles, overcome sin, and earn God’s acceptance through our own strength? Today we continue our study through *First and Second Corinthians* by examining one of the Apostle Paul’s most consistent messages: *the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.* In **Romans 16:20**, Paul connects an incredible promise of victory with the grace of Christ: “The God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.” Then, in **Galatians 6:18**, Paul closes his letter with another powerful blessing: “Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.” Paul repeatedly began and ended his letters talking about **grace**. Why? Because grace is not merely something believers experience when they first come to Christ. *We need the grace of Jesus every single day.* ✝️ *Grace saves us.* We cannot earn salvation through our works, accomplishments, or goodness. 🛡️ *Grace strengthens us.* Romans 16:20 reminds us that the battle against evil does not end with Satan victorious. God promises victory, and believers stand in that victory through Christ. ❤️ *Grace stays with us.* Paul’s words in Galatians remind us that Christ’s grace reaches into our inner life—our thoughts, struggles, failures, decisions, and spiritual growth. Jesus gave what we could never earn and paid a price we could never repay. His grace does not give us permission to remain unchanged; *His grace gives us the power and opportunity to become who God has called us to be.* Today, examine your relationship with Christ: ➡️ Are you depending on Jesus or depending primarily on yourself? ➡️ Have you accepted God’s grace but struggled to extend grace to others? ➡️ Are you carrying guilt for something Christ is calling you to surrender? ➡️ Do you truly believe God can give you victory over the spiritual battles you are facing? 🙏 *Prayer:* Lord Jesus, thank You for Your grace. Thank You for loving us when we could never earn it and for giving us strength when our own strength fails. Help us depend completely upon You. Let Your grace transform our hearts, strengthen our spirits, and teach us to extend that same grace to others. Give us victory over the enemy and help us walk faithfully with You every day.
