It could not have been better—beautiful weather, spectacular views, and, most importantly, a wonderful team of hikers. Along the way, our conversations wandered through life, art, literature, and history. Surrounded by such breathtaking scenery, we reflected on how lucky we are to live in Vancouver, with all this beauty so close to home. The highlight was our stop at Eagle Point, where members of our group read poetry amid the magnificent mountain landscape. Nature, poetry, and friendship—what more could we ask for?
