Ivy - First Steps for Loose Leash Walking & Settling on a Bed (Place, Comforting an Anxious Puppy)

In this session, Ivy starts learning to walk nicely by your side indoors, without the leash at first, so she can learn the basics before adding real-world distractions. We explain why you can't "reward fear": helping a nervous puppy with treats, comfort, or a simple game helps her feel safer rather than teaching her to be anxious. Ivy also learns to settle on a raised bed (going to her "place"), and we reward every small step toward it, like even one paw on the bed (shaping), instead of waiting for the whole behavior.
