Follow along with CoCo as she guides you through a very gentle, guided exploration session that brings your awareness to what it feels like to move into low level space and into high level space and what your body wants to do and can do to support these contrasting shapes and postures.
You can ask yourself - Where are my bones as I move into this level? What muscles are activating to support my movement into this level? How can I connect to my breath and centered awareness as I move from a place of more condensed, lower space and also when I decompress and expand into a higher spatial level?
Enjoy this kind of session as a way to warm up into your practice or to cool down after a more rigorous one.
