This 30-minute trauma sensitive yoga (TCTSY) practice offers gentle, choice-based movement for developing interoceptive skills and nervous system support.
In this practice, you’ll be offered a series of options you may choose from—there is no right or wrong way to participate, and no expectation to perform or follow any particular shape. You’re welcome to move, rest, pause, or adapt in ways that honor your lived experience and moment-to-moment needs.
