"Just Be a Kid" | Road to Chicago: Episode 2

Biya's preparation for the Chicago Marathon has gone well. On September 19th, he raced the Cow Harbor 10K as a tune up for Chicago, where is the a 2 x champion and course record holder. Even though he was in the middle of high mileage marathon training, he managed to finish 4th in 28:31. Biya's last 2 big workouts are seen here, 20 x 400m on the track and a final big long run on the famous Lake Mary Road.
