WPM PRIMUS - Filter 3.0 Paddle Prowess

In this third and final video in this series of how to make an exceptional filter brew with Scott Rao's amazing Filter 3 basket, I show you a 'fail-safe' and demonstrate how you can save your brew if you begin to suspect your coffee bed is drying out. I've specifically framed the control panel in a way that you can see my subtle paddle adjustments. For those of you who have been following this series, you'll recall in my previous video I said I was going to make some bawhair adjustments, well, I did indeed grind a bawhair finer and as you'll see, I also increased my flow rate by a bawhair. The bawhairs were bullseye accurate on both accounts, in that my slurry level was 65/70% of basket height, which transpired into one of my better filter brews.
