Changes to SNAP and HUSKY D work rules.

Big changes are coming to HUSKY D. For the first time, the Medicaid program will have work rules. These new Medicaid rules require some HUSKY D members to show proof they are working, volunteering, or attending school part-time or more. A combination of these can be used to meet the requirements.
