As evening arrived, we started preparing for Lakshmi Puja with love, devotion, and traditional Bengali rituals. For the puja bhog, we prepared hot and crispy luchi, aloo bhaja, begun bhaja, potol bhaja, and delicious homemade coconut naru. 🥥🍽️ After completing the puja, it was time to prepare a wonderful traditional Bengali vegetarian dinner! We cooked delicious khichuri with fresh cauliflower and served it with large crispy eggplant fry, potato fry, and potol fry. 😍 The aroma of homemade food made the evening even more special.
