Winter Park Eagles ~ WELCOME TO THE NEW SEASON FOR WINK & ATLAS! HE BRINGS WINK A FOOD GIFT 10.4.26

Welcome back to the Winter Park Eagle Cam new season 2026-2027 with Wink & Atlas! The cam is live and both eagles are already bringing in sticks and working on the nest. Atlas flies in with a fish gift and he waits for Wink to come claim it! This is the first food gift of the season since the cams are live! Male eagles usually begin bringing in food gifts around the time eggs are laid but food gifts are also part of the bonding & courtship process showing the female that that male is capable of providing food for her and their future eaglets. The female (Wink) is blind in her right eye, yet she is able to hunt and successfully raise eaglets as demonstrated last season with Brutus & Peanut. Many thanks to Winter Park Eagle Nest Cam & we look forward to the new breeding season. Note: Audio & the PTZ cam has not been hooked up yet.
