Requested recipe GOAN SAUSAGE IN THE BOTTLE This Goan mouthwatering dish is a preparation of pork meat made by marinating the meat with ground choris masala and later smoked to give a hint of smokey flavour. In Goa it’s mainly served during many occasions like ladinhas, weddings,birthdays etc. It can be stored in the freezer and cooked in parts.
