Consistency Works Different in TEW IX

TEW IX Consistency — How It Really Affects Your Matches You can have a wrestler with incredible skills, great Psychology and plenty of Experience… so why can they still have a terrible night in the ring? In Episode 11 of the TEW IX Official Handbook Explained series, we’re taking a deep dive into Consistency and what this stat actually does in TEW IX. The TEW IX Player’s Handbook tells us that Consistency measures how likely a worker is to have a bad day in the ring — but there's more to the mechanic than simply saying “higher is better.” In this episode, we look at: 🔹 What Consistency actually measures 🔹 How the Consistency probability check works 🔹 What happens when a wrestler is “Off Their Game” 🔹 What happens if they fail the check again 🔹 Why 100 Consistency is different 🔹 Why high Consistency doesn't guarantee a great match 🔹 Whether Consistency really “raises the floor” 🔹 Why the penalty is more significant in singles matches 🔹 How Consistency differs from Wrestling Ability, Psychology and Experience 🔹 Whether Experience automatically fixes low Consistency 🔹 Why Consistency is particularly important to watch as wrestlers age 🔹 What you should actually do when booking a wrestler with low Consistency Most importantly, we'll separate what the TEW IX Player's Handbook confirms from what it doesn't tell us. No made-up formulas. No guessing at hidden percentages. Just what we actually know about the mechanic — and what it means when you're booking your company. 🎮 Want to give TEW IX a try?
