Tight hips, tight hamstrings, stiff ankles, wobbly balance? This follow-along off-ice flow is built specifically for figure skaters who want more freedom in their lines, deeper knee bend, and steadier balance on the ice.
We move from a gentle warm-up into a quick sun salutation, then work through skater pose balance, lower back release and focused leg stretching. Throughout, the focus stays on hip, hamstring and ankle mobility, with support for your back and balance along the way.
Perfect as a pre-skate warm-up, a rest-day mobility session, or a calm reset after training.
