Boundaries are limits that everyone has based on our values. Good relationships are based on boundaries. ADHD can come with low self esteem, anxiety, and trauma that can get in the way of respecting your own boundaries. When your boundaries have been crossed in the past, it can feel scary to reset them now. ADHD educator and marriage counselor Melissa Orlov explains what boundaries are, how ADHD comes into play, and what we can do to help ourselves.
