MEAD: To BOIL or NOT To BOIL? Any Difference?

This is NOT a recipe video but rather a test on if there was a significant difference between boiling honey or not in creating a mead. A lot of older recipes call for boiling the honey in the must when making mead. We've long had the opinion that isn't necessarily a good thing, but... we never tested it. UNTIL NOW! Let's see if we need to boil the honey when making mead! In this video, we explore whether you really need to boil honey when making mead, testing both methods to see the results and discussing the meadmaking process. We compare the outcomes and share our findings in a fun and easy-to-understand way, suitable for any beginner.
