Make Dough o In a bowl add nachni flour and salt. o Slowly pour hot water and mix with a spoon. 2. Knead o When slightly cool, knead into a soft smooth dough. 3. Make Bhakri o Take a small dough ball. o Dust with dry flour and gently pat it with fingers into a round bhakri. 4. Cook o Place on a hot tawa. o Cook one side, flip, and press lightly with cloth/spatula. 5. Final Roast o Roast directly on flame for a few seconds (optional) until slightly puffed. ________________________________________ 🍽️ Serving Serve hot with: • Thecha • Garlic chutney • Pithla • Curd ________________________________________ ✅ Tip for soft bhakri: Always use hot water and knead the dough well.
