"Panki" made on banana leaf or any leaf which is bigger in size. This traditional recipe is very healthy and can be enjoyed anytime of the day. Many people uses sorghum flour, besan along with rice flour also in panki batter but using only rice flour makes it more soft. If you didn't get Banana leaf you can use any other big leaf or aluminium foil also works best. Traditional recipe never call for cheese for I am adding cheese and butter so even kids can enjoy this traditional dish.
