1189 - Blackpool Tramway: Trams and buses on 16th October 2026

Welcome to Podbaba Transport Video 1189. On Friday 16th October 2026, we visited Blackpool town centre to film the trams in service on the Blackpool Tramway. Bombardier Flexity 2 trams in service were: 002 003 004 006 008 009 011AD 012AD 013AD 014AD 015AD 016AD with 018 working on driver training - 1 trams in total (001AD 005 010 and 017 being the missing trams). Fleet numbers on the fronts of Blackpool Transport's PALLADIUM bus fleet seem to be on the move: E200MMC 232 has its number placed on the black dash below the windscreen - UK BUS OPERATOR OF THE YEAR having been removed. E400City 451 now has its fleet number above the windscreen between decks. E200MMC 572 has its fleet number next to the destination above the windscreen where the FREE Wi-Fi logo used to be. We have also photographed the two new "tram seats" at Waterloo Road featuring a Centenary car and a Coronation car. There are also a number of Stagecoach Cumbria & Lancashire buses featured as well as a transporabus new Volvo/MCV Evora. Thank you for watching this 2026 Youtube Podbaba Transport presentation.
