Running (and setup) of your first method, SEC

This video will show you step-by-step how to setup and run your first SEC method in Unicorn on the AKTA Avant. See my other video where I show you how to write the preset method we use here. Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) is a way to separate macro-molecules based on size (mostly).
