🥥 Coconut Stuffed Sooji Rava Cake 🍰 | Soft & Sweet Steamed Cake Ingredients For the Sooji Rava Batter: Curd – ½ cup Powdered sugar – ½ cup Salt – a pinch Sooji rava – 1 cup Water – as needed Baking soda – ½ tsp For the Coconut Stuffing: Grated coconut – 1 cup Jaggery – ½ cup Cardamom powder – ½ tsp (optional) Preparation 1. Add curd, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt to a bowl. Mix well. 2. Add sooji rava and mix thoroughly. 3. Add water little by little and mix until you get a smooth, thick batter. 4. Add baking soda and mix gently. 5. In another bowl, combine grated coconut and jaggery. Mix well to prepare the stuffing. 6. Once the stuffing has cooled, shape it into small cylinders. 7. Grease a small steel glass with oil. Pour in some rava batter, place a coconut stuffing cylinder in the centre, and cover it with more batter. 8. Steam until the cake is cooked through.
