Ray Gibbon Drive Improvements, Phase 1 – July 29, 2020 Construction Flyover

This second update video was taken on July 29, 2020, and shows continued construction progress for the Ray Gibbon Drive Twinning project. As of this date, the multi-use trail on the east side of the roadway between 137 Avenue and LeClair Way has been paved and the underground stormwater network has been completed. The contractor was also preparing the granular base material in preparation for concrete curbs and gutters, as well as asphalt paving. Underground stormwater installs have begun on the north side of LeClair Way, and existing pavement removals continue in preparation for the widening of the Ray Gibbon Drive/Leclair Way intersection and entrance into Lois Hole Provincial Park.
