Control Resonant #6 - Mold on the Streets, Furnace Resonant

I quickly find out the random encounters on the streets are starting to be too tough for me - the mold creatures cause a constant damaging effect that kills me. I'll need to find a way to combat that. Apparently, they are very vulnerable to fire damage, and I just got a fire attack after beating the furnace Resonant, so that's a plus. But I can't find my way to the Park. It's completely blocked off. I also can't get past the mold encounter near Urban Survival to finish that quest. I still see my FPS dropping below 60 in plenty of places, which is disappointing. I'll try dropping my Graphics to High in a place where FPS is struggling and see if that helps. Played on an Intel Ultra 7 265K, RTX 5070 Ti OC 16 GB, 32GB 6400 CL32 DDR5, Steam Controller 2, Graphics 1080p DLAA, Ultra, RTX Medium, Fullscreen.
