Making Prune Cake.wmv

This moist spice cake is filled with pieces of sweet prunes and topped with a buttermilk-caramel glaze. It was inspired by a recipe from the late Betty Freezor, who hosted a popular home show in North Carolina in the 1950's through the early 1970's. Simple ingredients combine easily and produce a wonderful cake that is out of the ordinary. Even people who think they don't like prunes will enjoy this cake!
