Here’s how I cook a tomahawk ribeye on a PK300

There’s tons of ways to cook a steak but here’s how I do it on my ‪@PKGrills‬ #pk300. I use a set of ‪@Grillgrate_eat_well‬ grill grates to get the marks, ‪@BBCharcoal‬ XL size lump charcoal to finish it, and ‪@MEATER‬ plus to monitor the temp.
