Workout with new TRR athlete, Aggie Alumni Eric Casarez!

Tag along with us as we do a 17 mile progressive long run around Town Lake in Austin, TX. But first a little bit about our history...we go wayyy back together to 2018 when Eric was being recruited out of HS, then to The University of Oklahoma, and now we're back in Texas for Eric's next big push! We'll start off slow with a few warm-up miles then work it down a bit and show you why Eric still has a promising future ahead of him in the sport of track and field! #runnerscommunity #runnersofinstagram #run #running #instarunners #track #trackandfield #runcoach #runningcoach #distancerunner #runfaster #runhappy #runbetter #runner #runningmotivation #runchat #instarun #runnergirl #tracknation #trainsmartrunfast #runlong #runrunrun #runnerslife #crosscountry #crosscountryrunning #5krun#trainsmartrunfast #fldgf
