Supermarket's Beef meatballs can be a budget friendly Carnivore option, especially when stuck for time as well. Affordable and fast to cook. In this video I simply open the pack of meatballs into a hot pan of oil . I cover to limit splashing and to allow the steam to speed up the cooking. Stir periodically and cover back. I garnish with chives from my garden, and alittle splash of hot sauce to season. Both of these are optional. Takes a total of about 45 minutes from start to serving.
