Stay a While in God's Presence | Psalms of King David Sung with Harp and Choir

Stay a while in God's presence with sung Psalms set to harp, strings and a gentle choir. 🕊️ These original English paraphrases draw on the Psalms of longing and dwelling: the one thing desired in Psalm 27, the lovely courts of Psalm 84, the fulness of joy in Psalm 16, and the searching, holding love of Psalm 139, with a brief line of Scripture woven in now and then. Warm baritone and tenor voices share the verses with tender female voices, while rolling harp, cello and soft piano carry each phrase, and a small choir rises at the fullest refrains before the music settles again. At times a hushed spoken reflection invites you to pause and listen. There is no percussion, only slow, unhurried music that leaves room to rest in God's presence. Let it accompany your morning or evening prayer, a quiet hour of study, or worship at home. If your heart feels anxious or weary, you are welcome to linger in God's presence as you wind down for sleep and deep rest. Whatever brings you here, may these songs help you stay a while in God's presence and find His peace. #psalms #worship #scripture #kingdavid #harp #sungpsalms #prayer #peace #sleep #restingod 🙏 Support this channel: https://ko-fi.com/shepherdkingpsalms Thank you for your prayers and support.
