What does a successful career actually look like and what happens when achieving more starts making you less happy? As I approach 50, I've been rethinking career success, work-life balance and what I actually want from the next stage of my working life. After growing my own travel business, I realised that scaling a business and becoming the boss had taken me further away from the work I actually enjoyed and closer to burnout.
