Slowly clearing out my room in Japan 🇯🇵🤍 Life in Japan is slowly changing, and this time, I’m starting to let go of the things I’ve collected over the years. In today’s real-life vlog, I’m signing my resignation letter, clearing out my room, taking down the wallpaper I once put up, and giving away some of my belongings to friends. It feels like just yesterday I was making this room feel like home, and now I’m preparing for a new chapter of my life. After spending nearly seven years working and living in Japan, I’ve collected so many things, memories, and experiences. As I slowly clear out my belongings, I’m reminded that leaving a place is never just about packing your things. It’s also about saying goodbye to the life you built there. But even during a season of change, there are still beautiful moments to enjoy. Later in the day, I join my friends at a local Japanese matsuri, where we get to witness a beautiful tradition and spend time together. This vlog is a little glimpse into my everyday life in Japan as I prepare for a new beginning.
