Things get even stranger as Zoe is forced to operate on a mysterious patient, while Simon finds himself trapped deep beneath the hospital. What follows is easily one of the most frustrating sections of the game so far. After countless deaths and what feels like an eternity in the basement, Simon finally manages to escape. The atmosphere, imagery, and first-person perspective continue to be incredible, but the combat is still janky as hell.
