Day One - after my surgery to remove Haglund’s deformity - the road to recovery starts now.

It’s been 24 hours after my surgery to remove the Haglund’s deformity and the hardest part is done; one giant leap of faith into the unknown. Taking a step back to take a spring forward. A spring using the achilles, all being well. Recovery is going well, laying down and maintaining an horizontal position. Moving where I can, but the most important thing at this stage is recovery. Take a watch to see how I’m getting on and how Naomi is coping with the supporting me on the recovery. Just Keep Running! Coaching: https://therunningmaninblue.co.uk/onl...
