Roman attempts 22 for 22 years of Parkrun Special!

Can Roman get a Parkrun all time pb and run 22minutes for 22years of Parkrun!? Thanks to Jon(100 vest)and Marcus(red lochness top) for helping pace this weeks Parkrun. The 3 of us with some others completed the lochness marathon last Sunday(amazing scenic but hilly course)! Now to focus on 5k pbs with Roman!
