Join Rami Rones to safely explore the ancient mind-body therapies of T’ai Chi and Qi Gong. The meditative state achieved during practice can help reduce anxiety and stress while boosting your mood, immune system, and energy levels. Slow, low-impact movements can increase muscle mass and bone density, ease aches and pains, gently stretch muscles, and improve your balance. Recorded live February 6th, 2024.
Come dressed ready to move, with a chair for support. Can be done sitting or standing. Meets once a month on the first Tuesday at 2pm ET except when noted. Reach out to anngrace@iwmf.com to receive Zoom invites!

Q+A: After our first class, we had an unplanned question and answer period, which in the future will be recorded. Today, I stopped the recording to preserve the privacy of those participating - next month, you can funnel your questions to me or be on camera asking Rami directly if you're okay being recorded. Rami believes some of the best teaching comes from these after class questions.
Here were a few of today's questions:
Is it okay to use a small pillow for back support? Yes, gradually working towards sitting up over time.
Is there a set amount of time to practice? Don't practice - BE it! There is no exact answer except to make it part of your daily routine.
I got sleepy - is that supposed to happen? That means you were able to slow down your brain waves which is one of the goals. (To be in that in-between space between wake/sleep.)
