I stopped buying things for a year, here’s what I learned

Spending less has taught me so much about myself and life as a whole, and in today's video I share what I learnt. So am I a minimalist now? About Me 👩🏽 I'm Akta and although I believe we shouldn't define ourselves by our careers (   • I became a dentist... now what?  ), I'm a qualified dentist living in the UK. I'm all about slowing down in this fast paced world, doing things with intention and creating magic in our day to day lives. I love cosy vibes with a cup of tea watching FRIENDS (and I try to put my FRIENDS knowledge into use with my videos).
