There isn't really any such thing as "regular yoga" Power yoga, on the other hand, is a vinyasa- or ashtanga-style, flow yoga; power yogis move quickly between poses, but the poses often focus on building strength rather than flexibility.

What is Power Yoga?
Power yoga is a general term used to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. ... Power yoga incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of vinyasa (series of poses done in sequence) but gives each teacher the flexibility to teach any poses in any order, making every class different.
Is Power Yoga for Beginner?
Power yoga is a rigorous workout involving the entire body. Beginners can certainly try power yoga, but it is not going to be for everyone. Many beginners would feel more comfortable in a slower-paced class where the instructor can talk through each pose
What is the type of yoga breathing ?
Ujjayi breath regulates heating of the body. The friction of the air passing through the lungs and throat generates internal body heat. It is similar to a massage for the internal organs; as the core becomes warm from the inside, the body becomes prepared for the asana practice.
