In this session, we introduce some new tai chi balance movements to help create stability and prevent falls. This will also help you feel more stable and confident in life! This session is a great opportunity to check in with how you are doing both mentally and physically. As always, try to approach this with curiosity instead of judgment. You will get a lot more out of it if you do :) You might want to have a chair handy or hold onto a friend :) This may be challenging for some so don’t let it get you down if you find your balance isn’t where you want it to be. This is your starting point. Take note of where you’re at now so that you can really notice the huge improvements you’ll make over the course of this program. “Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.” – Lao Tzu Let me know how today’s practice goes for you by leaving a comment below! - - - - - - - - - SUBSCRIBE to the Begin with Breath channel for free tai chi and therapy videos every week and to support high-quality free tai chi for all! ▸    / @beginwithbreathtaichi   - - - - - - - - - 🔸 Online Tai Chi Studio Membership 🔸 For LIVE Online Zoom Classes, Monthly Workshops, and Video Library of 1000+ recorded classes, join our Online Tai Chi Studio Membership Today (14-Day Free Trial)!
