Last days in Dublin before moving and one week out from Ironman 70.3 Zell am See. After a year of doing my master's at UCD, the apartment is packed, the bike is boxed up, and it's time to go. This video covers the final week: easy runs along the seafront, a last sauna session in Bray, packing everything into boxes, and squeezing in the last proper training session before taper. I also talk about what training looked like this year: running with the UCD group, doing everything else and how that's going to change in Amsterdam when I start proper triathlon training this winter.
