I’m five and a half weeks out from my next Men’s Physique competition, and today I’m heading to New Jersey to train back with Ray Bang Fitness.
Throughout the workout, I break down how to improve your lat engagement, control your tempo, use the right elbow path, and choose a weight you can actually feel in the target muscle. We also discuss training volume, exercise execution, posing, and why getting stronger still matters once you establish a strong mind-muscle connection.
Between sets, Ray explains how he gained 50K followers in six months. We talk about identifying your target audience, creating content people actually want to watch, studying when your audience is online, building a repeatable system, simplifying your message, and setting progressively bigger goals for your content.
This is a real workout and an honest conversation about bodybuilding, content creation, consistency, and learning how to make your work connect with the right people.
