Today we're back out in our massive 200+ acre Wheat field as we continue our first Wheat harvest of Year 3! After noticing in the last episode that a single auger wagon couldn't quite keep up with our two Fendt Ideal 10 combines, it's time to expand the harvesting fleet by bringing in a second Brent Avalanche 1596 auger wagon! With our new John Deere 9570RT and Brent Avalanche grain cart joining the operation, we'll spend some time setting up new AutoDrive routes so both auger wagons can unload into our fleet of semi trucks and keep our combines harvesting with as little downtime as possible. Once everything is configured, we'll put the upgraded harvesting system to the test and see just how much more efficiently we can harvest this massive Wheat field. The improvements pay off immediately as both Fendt Ideal 10 combines are able to spend much more time harvesting instead of waiting to unload. As truck after truck hauls grain back to the MEGA Dairy Farm, our Wheat stockpile continues growing rapidly and we eventually surpass an incredible 1 million liters of Wheat stored in our grain silos! By the end of today's episode we're down to just the final few acres remaining on this 200+ acre Wheat field. In the next episode we'll wrap up our first Wheat harvest of Year 3, kick off the straw baling operation for our brand-new dairy farm and begin preparing all of our equipment for the upcoming corn silage harvest!
