SWFL Eagles ~ M15 & FEMALE TOGETHER IN NEST TREE! HE IS TRYING TO CONVINCE HER TO STAY HERE 10.8.26

It was really exciting to see M15 and his female friend both spend time in the nest tree! M15 first flies to the pond and takes some sips and looks around. He will head up the bank and then fly to the nest tree Treetop branch. We have some nice closeups of M15 while he is waiting for his friend to show up! M15 did not wait very long until his female friend flies in from the West and lands above him on the upper branches! This is wonderful to see her in the tree with M15. We have some nice closeups of both M15 & the female. M15 does a couple rouses (shaking his feathers) - they both vocalize at something. The female will inch over to the right and feak her beak (cleaning it). The cam op zooms out and we see one of the pasture horses taking a cooling dip in the pond! This pond is always alive with activity - M15's job is to work his magic on the female and convince her to stay here and accept his nest for the new season! ♥♥ After spending nearly two hours together in the tree, the female flies off heading East and M15 immediately follows her. M15 & the female have been seen exploring a second nest location. It’s important to remember that eagle pairs will sometimes start to build an alternate nest and may never ultimately use it. We saw this same behavior with Harriet & M15 in the West pasture, where a second nest was built but never used. For now, M15 continues to put pressure on the potential new mate to visit and work around the nest we know so well. But ultimately, the eagles will decide where they want to build, and only time will tell what they have in mind. We watch, observe & trust the eagles for this new breeding season!Thank you for watching! *There is no audio on the cams at this time. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.* TIMESTAMPS: 00:00 M15 flies to pond for sips 00:45 Closeups of M15 03:49 M15 moves up the bank 05:13 M15 flies to nest tree 06:03 Closeups of M15 06:58 Female eagle flies in to nest tree upper branches 07:50 Closeups of M15 & female friend 09:57 M15 rouses & both vocalize 11;27 Closeups of M15 & female 13:56 Female moves slightly to the right 14:11 Female feaking her beak on branch 16:10 M15 rouse 16:20 View of pond & horse taking a dip! 17:02 Female moves back over to inside of tree branch 17:30 Female flies off East & M15 follows Video captured & edited by Lady Hawk F23 & Harriet forever in our hearts ♥ Thank you SWFEC , hosted by Dick Pritchett Real Estate, for allowing us the opportunity to view these amazing eagles. #southwestfloridaeaglecam #baldeagles SWFEC main webpage: https://dickpritchettrealestate.com/ Pond Cam 3:    • Southwest Florida Eagle Cam (POND CAM VIEW)   Cam 1:    • Southwest Florida Eagle Cam
