Back to the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari for the first day of Imola Classic 2026 by Peter Auto! The track action was absolutely incredible today as the event kicked off with free practice and qualifying sessions, letting some of the world's finest historic racing machines push their limits. This video shows you the best clips I recorded today frpm two of the most iconic and demanding spots on the circuit: the heavy braking zone of the Tosa curve and the fast, technical changes of direction at the Acque Minerali, giving us the perfect vantage point to hear and see these cars on the edge. The day featured an amazing variety of official categories, tracking decades of motorsport history through grids like Classic Endurance Racing, the Group C Racing, the Gentlemen Challenge and the when legendary models like the Porsche 917K, the various LMP1 prototypes such as the Dallara SP1, the Dome S101 and the Panoz LMP-1 Roadster S, and last but not least the glorious Group C prototypes, featuring Lola T92/10, Jaguar XKR-9 amd a few Porsche 962C just to mention some I had an absolute blast capturing all this raw, historic horsepower from the trackside, so make sure to hit that subscribe button and stay tuned because you definitely do not want to miss the upcoming videos from the rest of this racing weekend.
