Follow for more chef-level recipes made simple. 👨‍🍳🍞 📌 FULL RECIPE DOUGH Warm water — 200ml Instant yeast — 7g Sugar — 15g Buttermilk — 100ml Egg — 1 whole Oil — 30ml Plain flour — 400g Salt — 8g Method: Activate yeast in warm water with sugar for 5 mins. Add buttermilk, egg and oil. Combine with flour and salt then knead into a smooth dough. Cover and rest until doubled in size. CHICKEN MARINADE Chicken mince or cubes — 300g Salt — 5g Black pepper — 3g Chilli powder — 4g Dried oregano — 3g Mixed seasoning — 3g Chilli flakes — 3g Turmeric — 2g Oil — 15ml Method: Mix all spices with chicken and cook in a pan until done. Set aside to cool. Cooking Butter — 30g Onion finely chopped — 60g Spring onion chopped — 30g Cream cheese — 100g Milk — 50ml Sliced cheese — 60g Fresh coriander chopped — 10g Salt — to taste Method: Melt butter in a pan. Add onion and spring onion, cook until soft. Add cream cheese, milk and sliced cheese. Stir until silky and smooth.
