"We are not walking to get somewhere; we are walking simply to know that we are walking."
Welcome, traveler. Step away from the mental rush and into the grounded reality of your own body.
When the mind feels too restless, busy, or agitated for sitting meditation, the ancient practice of walking meditation (Caṅkama) offers an immediate sanctuary. In this 15-minute guided session, you are invited to let go of destinations, deadlines, and striving. Every step is a complete arrival in the present moment.
Together, we train our attention on the simple, physical truth of movement through the three classical phases of every step:
• Lifting: Feeling the foot peel away from the floor
• Moving: Gliding forward through the open air
• Placing: Rolling from heel to toe, settling body weight into the earth
Learn how to navigate mindful turns, pause when thoughts wander, and allow the earth to support your full weight.
