Xero trial balance in Excel: one company or a whole group

Xero trial balance in Excel, as a live table: insert it in a few clicks, for one company or every company at once. See debits equal credits, compare companies side by side with SUMIFS, then change the date and refresh next month. In this video: Insert the Trial Balance from the XO Report pane (Tables, then Trial Balance): pick the company, the as-of date (End of last month or any other date) and the options. Check it balances: the table has Debit, Credit, YTD Debit and YTD Credit columns, with a Total row. Select several Xero companies to get one table with an OrgName column, and point the date at a cell. Add a Net column and a SUMIFS by account and company to see every company side by side. Next month, change the date cell and click Refresh.
