1963, St Mary's Carnival, Isles of Scilly

1963, August 3rd, the climax of the "Isles of Scilly Carnival Week". With Jacqueline Stocks being crowned Carnival Queen this one features a few floats and then some carnival "water sports" action toward the end with fights on the hugely popular greasy pole strung out at the end of the old quay. Brilliant!
