How to Cartwheel and Aerial on Roller Skates | Trick Tutorial

Learn how I approach cartwheels and aerials on roller skates. I am not a gymnast and was still working on landing the aerial consistently when this was filmed, so I focus on the movement, progressions and cues that helped me. Practise the movements confidently without skates first. Use an open area, appropriate protection and a spotter or qualified coach where possible. Which part of the cartwheel or aerial are you working on?
