A therapist's journey through therapy - healing childhood trauma & finding the right therapist

A therapist's journey through therapy... One of the most important things I try to help people understand is that we cannot heal on our own. None of us can, not even therapists or other mental health professionals. I share my experience and process through therapy, including the referral to a mental hospital 😳, and trying to find the right therapist... the hits and misses, it happens to almost all of us. 😉 Can you relate? I'd love to hear your thoughts or for you to share your experience. ------------------ Stay connected and join my email list: https://courageousjourneys.com ________ Get your FREE copy of Connecting to the Warrior Within (Affirmations with a twist) https://courageousjourneys.com/f/conn... ________ HEALING TOOLS & RESOURCES Releasing the Day for a Peaceful Night: A guided journal to release thoughts, feelings, or worries https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09...
