👋 ✈️ CHAPTER 3 BEGINS… 🇹🇭 | Sydney → Bangkok → Koh Samui There’s something special about returning to a place that already feels like a second home. ❤️ Chapter 3 of my Thailand adventure begins in Sydney, as I make my way through Sydney International Airport before flying to Bangkok and eventually down to Koh Samui. After the long journey, stepping off the plane and feeling that warm tropical air again never gets old. 🌴✈️ Waiting for me on the island was my best mate Eliot, and the first couple of days were all about settling back into island life - changing money, exploring the area and, most importantly, finding the right motorbike rentals. That actually took a little longer than expected! We didn't want to grab the first bikes we could find; we wanted something in good condition, reliable and definitely not a dodgy rental that could cause problems later on. 🛵😂 Once we finally got sorted, it was time to start enjoying Koh Samui properly. Eliot was originally only planning to stay for two weeks, while I was staying for three… so naturally, I had to try convincing him to stay that extra week in paradise. 😅🌴 After getting ourselves organised and reacquainted with the island, we finished these first few days at the beautiful Crystal Bay, taking in the views and enjoying that feeling that another Thailand adventure was only just beginning. For me, Thailand has always been about more than just the places. It’s the people, the unexpected moments, the laughs, and those little memories that keep bringing you back. 🇹🇭❤️ This is Chapter 3.
