I was looking for myself, then I found Jesus... | River Schools Stories

For years, Sofie was searching for freedom—in partying, relationships, travel, and success—but nothing could fill the emptiness inside. Everything changed when someone told her about Jesus. After giving her life to Him, Sofie became hungry to know God and started driving 2.5 hours from Belgium to The River every week. Eventually, God called her to leave everything behind, move to the Netherlands, and step into Full-Time Bible School. Through River Schools, Sofie discovered who she is in Christ, found purpose, and came to know God personally as her Father. What she had searched for everywhere else, she finally found in Jesus: real freedom. At River Schools Stories, we share real testimonies from students whose lives have been transformed through biblical teaching, practical ministry training, and encounters with God.
