A planned 'silvers' session didn't really work out. Starting at an inviting looking spot below a small weir, where I had caught roach previously, I struggled even to get a bite. What followed was another session where I moved a couple of times trying to find the fish but was largely unsuccessful. Technically it wasn't a blank but it wasn't very impressive either! A beautiful autumn day though ⛅️ 🍃🍁 🍂
